Overview of MOVRS

3MTM Motor Vehicle Registration Solution (MOVRS) is a software application intended for use by state and county motor vehicle offices to manage customer and vehicle records.

MOVRS runs in the 3M MVS Console. In a comprehensive system, MOVRS interfaces with 3MTM Accounting Transaction Money Manager (ATMM) and 3MTM Driver Record and Issuance Verification Solution (DRIVS), which also run in the 3M MVS Console. ATMM provides the cash drawer and financial components. DRIVS provides the driver management features. You may or may not be able to see ATMM or DRIVS menus depending on how your system login has been configured.
