Adding a Vehicle without a Title and Registration

You must add a vehicle record to MOVRS if a customer wants to complete a transaction that involves that vehicle and a record for it does not already exist in the MOVRS database. You can use existing vehicle information from VINA or the Kansas MOVRS database when you add a vehicle record.

Tip: Generally, you will add a vehicle record when you try to process a transaction for a vehicle that does not yet have a record in the database. For more information, see Entering Information on a Prequalifier Window.
